Plots subject motion from eddy_qc output file.

Parameters

  • input (str) – Path to eddy_qc’s

  • output (str) – Path to brain mask

  • voxel (tuple of float) – Size of voxel in 3D i.e. (2.7, 2.7, 2.7) for 2.7 mm isotropic

Return type

None; writes out plot to file
